" I advocate that students should take lead in their educational process; for that, I invite them to be critical thinkers of their own work process and creative end results. To be both the lawyer and the judge of one’s work is at the heart of learning and progressing – at the heart of my teaching philosophy. Once a solid solution is reached and supported from all aspects and perspectives, theoretically and practically – a vision is formed.

My teaching pedagogy is a continuum that equips students with the concepts and skills for a lifelong learning. The student is not a student forever – he or she will leave the academics and enter the active workforce, as a contributing entity of the community. Keeping in mind the later and as an instructor, I believe this is the key to lead learners to self-confidence and development; a necessary condition to become leaders."
